What's with the dove?
I think it's a metaphor for the "soaring, unbridled virility" your wang will experience once you're on Viagra.
Maybe "foget" is actually a word that means "make peace with." Hence the dove symbolizing the peace in your mind, if not in your pants.
I think the layout of this ad is a little wrong. The dove should be flying out of the guy's pants, instead of being in some random corner.
